Could you please explain the following?
1. What the Aquifer level has to be for each stage to take affect.
2. What each stage-limit entails.
3. Do restrictions differ from state-to-state?

We are trying to set up a little water lily garden on our Lanai. We checked home depot and most hardware stores with no luck. Any suggestions of nurseries or home &garden shops in Honolulu would be greatly appreciated

Under your moble home, There will be a water line entering your home under/where your shower is located…Shutting this off only cuts water off to the shower and not the rest….You can also close the valve on your water meater, this will shut all water off to your home.
